To develop the capacity and skills of young ladies and women in our community, especially those who are socially and economically disadvantaged, in order to enable them to be better positioned to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate fully in society, which will lead to the improvement of their health and economic wellbeing.

To act as a resource for young ladies and women by providing mentoring support, advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of:

a) advancing in life and helping young ladies and women by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals, getting young women off the street and from peer pressure; retaining them to be useful and productive to the society.

b) advancing education;

c) relieving unemployment; providing employment support

To build the capacity of women and young ladies, by identifying and developing their gifts and talents and utilising these to enable them meet their identified social, economic, mental and environmental needs in their community.

Our Mentoring programs / seminars enable young ladies and women to develop knowledge and cultivate the relevant attitudes they require to succeed every day and every time.
